This role is responsible for becoming both a functional and technical expert in Employer and Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) capabilities, translating business needs into scalable, secure, and reusable solutions that drive measurable outcomes. As an outcome-oriented leader with a high learning velocity and a builder mentality, the Technical Integrator influences architecture decisions, establishes integration standards, and designs solutions across applications, data ecosystems, platforms, AI-enabled services, and enterprise technologies. The role finds opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and reusable capabilities to improve efficiency, enhance user experiences, and accelerate business value.
