## About the Role

* Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time.
 * Ability to work independently with general guidance.
 * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead projects in coordinating work of others.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, * Associate degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience in an IT service desk environment
 * 1+ years handling support issues
 * O365 support experience

SPECIALIST CERTIFICATIONS:

 * Cargowise knowledge is preferred

## Description

* Keep stations operating efficiently by providing timely support and providing feedback to avoid issues
 * Support 2500 end users and customers and the applications they use
 * Provide SOPs to Service Desk personnel to prevent escalation of issues to the application support team
 * Remote into computers to validate what users/customers see and supply solutions to resolve their issues.
 * Deploy new software/assist Service Desk where needed.
 * Configure/tune/manage email security system to ensure secure and timely delivery of O365 emails
 * Act as a junior business analyst in regard to troubleshooting issues from a business perspective
 * Provide advanced O365 support and identity management support
 * Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace. Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
 * Other duties as assigned by management.
