This role supports and enhances Epic Inpatient applications, with a focus on provider order entry, clinical workflows, and system build activities. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in acute care settings, either through clinical practice (e.g., RN, SLP, CST) or through prior Epic Inpatient build/support work. Experience with any of the applications this team supports (ClinDoc, Orders, ASAP, Stork, Rover, Care Management, Long Term Care, Bugsy, Unified Communications, Utilization Management, Hospital Outpatient Department) and/or Refuel is strongly preferred. This position is responsible for ensuring business, functional, and technical requirements are thoroughly analyzed, defined, and documented to support application enhancements and system changes. The individual in this role leads the design, development, documentation, and implementation of complex application modifications while evaluating their integration within HealthPartners' broader application architecture. In addition, this role serves as a technical resource for IT Business Partners and other IT teams, providing guidance on system development and implementation processes. The position also mentors developers and analysts, fostering technical growth and supporting best practices across the team.
