## About the Role

* Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
 * Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems for workload management
 * Expertise in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking problems on laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices
 * Skilled in using SCCM, Active Directory, and diagnostic/ remediation utilities
 * Experience supporting and training end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook
 * Minimum of 1 year supporting end-user equipment and telephony devices

Nice to Have Skills:

 * Experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers in a warehouse setting
 * Additional certifications in IT support or networking
 * Knowledge of warehouse operational workflows

Preferred Education and Experience:

 * Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or vocational training in a technical field
 * At least 3 years of experience supporting end-use equipment in a warehouse environment

Join our client's dynamic team as a Deskside Support Tech where your technical expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, support end users, and contribute to maintaining state-of-the-art infrastructure during night shifts, Monday through Friday.
