This role will serve as a key interface between Government leadership, program stakeholders, technical teams, and contract partners, ensuring effective program execution and the successful delivery of mission-critical cybersecurity support. This position is contingent upon contract award, with work anticipated to begin in March 2027. The selected candidate will be proposed as Key Personnel in accordance with proposal requirements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities + Serve as the overall lead for the contracted effort, providing task order and program management planning, guidance, oversight, and control. + Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity support services. + Serve as the primary contractor interface and point of contact with Government program authorities, senior managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders regarding program and technical matters. + Manage task order and program activities throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. + Oversee execution of program requirements, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance, to ensure contractual requirements and customer objectives are met. + Support resource planning, task prioritization, and workload coordination to meet program requirements and customer priorities. + Monitor program performance, risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate corrective actions as needed. + Identify opportunities to improve program processes, service delivery, and overall performance. _At COLSA, people are our most valuable resource and centered at our core value.
