## Description

As a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry, we are driven by innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Analyst to support our plant-level IT operations on 3rd shift. This role is critical in maintaining system performance, supporting manufacturing technologies, and ensuring data integrity across our facility.
Responsibilities:

 + Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
 + Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and uptime.
 + Provide technical support for ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems.
 + Assist in implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
 + Support cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring and compliance with best practices.
 + Collaborate with corporate IT and plant teams to ensure alignment with global standards.
 + Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
 + Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
 + Assist in disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
 + Manage service tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
 + Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment (often up to 50 lbs).
 + Comfortable using ladders to access and troubleshoot equipment
