In this role, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge test equipment and setups for the development and production of aircraft power generation components. Our Test Equipment group plays a critical role in supporting both test facilities and programs through every phase of the lifecycle-from development to production. This is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges as Collins Aerospace continues to shape the future of aircraft electric power systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with a proven ability to design, build, and validate test setups. Experience with instrumentation, data recording, and the design of electrical systems and harnesses is essential. As part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, you will support our generator test labs and wind tunnels by developing and enhancing Test Equipment, as well as maintaining and upgrading Production Test Equipment. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking engineer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and eager to help drive the next generation of test equipment innovation.
