## Description

* Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter im IT-Helpdesk als erste Anlaufstelle bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Tickets
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks und weiterer IT-Hardware
 * Vorbereitung und Auslieferung von Hardware an unsere Mitarbeitenden
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Mitarbeit bei laufenden IT-Aufgaben sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Client-Infrastruktur
