## About the Role

* Initial professional experience in administrative support, master data management, or administration is an advantage.
 * Strong affinity for IT systems and digital processes.
 * Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo or SAP, is preferred.
 * High level of accuracy, structured working style, and quality awareness.
 * Strong analytical thinking skills and an independent, responsible approach to work.
 * Good communication and organizational skills.
 * Strong organizational talent, team spirit, service orientation, and sense of responsibility.
 * Fluent German and good English language skills; Slovenian is an advantage.

## Description

* Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of master data within our Odoo ERP system.
 * Manage and maintain contacts, metering points, price lists, subscriptions, equipment, and other relevant datasets.
 * Perform regular data quality checks and identify and correct data inconsistencies.
 * Define, document, and continuously optimize processes related to data management.
 * Support various digitalization and process optimization projects.
