You translate business needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring that IT solutions are designed and delivered in a way that truly serves the people who use them. You work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and external partners to ensure that our systems - including our ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) - are continuously optimised, well-documented, and aligned with our operational reality. This is a hands-on role that combines analytical rigour, strong communication skills, and a genuine curiosity for both business processes and technology.
