## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
 * Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 * Proven experience in defining Product Vision, Roadmap, and Feature Prioritization.
 * Expertise in Backlog Management and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
 * Ability to translate business and customer requirements into product features.
 * Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Experience in managing product dependencies, risks, and Agile delivery.
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

 * Exposure to Product Development Architecture and system design.
 * Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar.
 * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.
 * SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is an added advantage.
