Soft skills * Strong communicator who can explain technical trade-offs clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike. * A generalist mindset, comfortable moving between application code, infrastructure and device-level integration rather than staying in one narrow lane. * High degree of ownership and reliability; you follow through without needing to be chased. * Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving scale-up environment, and proactive about proposing improvements. * Open to doing thorough code reviews and sharing knowledge, not just shipping your own work. * Able to link the dots across systems and communicate clearly when diagnosing what broke and why. * Willing to support teammates who are blocked, even outside your own area of ownership.
