## About the Role

* 3+ years experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience with Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and multi-team environments.
 * Experience using Agile management tools.
 * You possess proven experience coaching mixed teams consisting of both business and IT stakeholders.
 * You have a strong background in facilitating group dynamics and systematic organizational coaching.
 * You bring experience in mentoring and supporting junior professionals.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience facilitating online workshops using Jira, Confluence, Mural, or MS Teams.
 * Experience supporting the Product Owner role.

## Description

* Facilitate and coach Scrum events across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery.
 * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization based on value creation.
 * Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
 * Provide transparent reporting on team progress and operational effectiveness.
 * Cultivate a positive team climate by embedding core Scrum values.
 * Remove organizational and technical impediments to help the team reach its goals.
 * Mentor junior peers through coaching and the exchange of best practices.
