Conocimientos sobre analítica de datos y machine learning.

Experiencia sólida en entorno cloud de Azure : configuración, despliegue y gestión de recursos.

Dominio de SQL, Python y librerías como Spark , Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch , etc.

Arquitectura Cloud-Native en AKS + Python + Sistemas Multiagente.

Conocimientos de arquitectura y Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j / Gremlin) + LLMOps.

Ganas de aprender, proponer, compartir conocimiento y sumarte a una comunidad técnica muy activa .

Conocimientos y experiencia en grafos.

## Description

En nuestra línea de Augmented Analytics , estamos buscando un/a Lead Architect con al menos 6-7 años de experiencia en el diseño y desarrollo de agentes, apasionado/a por la IA Generativa y con ganas de trabajar en proyectos nacionales e internacionales de alto nivel técnico ., * Definir la estrategia técnica y arquitectura de la Plataforma de Agentes sobre AKS.

 * Diseñar el framework común de agentes (orquestación, memoria, tools, gobierno).
 * Modelar el "cerebro" de la plataforma mediante Knowledge Graphs y grafos de ejecución, habilitando razonamiento contextual y toma de decisiones complejas.
 * Definir estándares de desarrollo, seguridad, observabilidad y LLMOps.
 * Integrar LLMs (OpenAI / Open Source), APIs corporativas y Lakehouse.
 * Establecer el modelo operativo multi-caso (reutilización, escalabilidad y control de costes).
 * Liderar técnicamente a los equipos de desarrollo y coordinar con Arquitectura, Seguridad y CdC IA Generativa.
 * Garantizar el paso de PoC a producción bajo criterios enterprise (resiliencia, compliance, FinOps).
