## About the Role

+ Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

 + Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated technical cases efficiently.
 + Stay updated on the latest developments within the IT industry to ensure accurate product guidance.
 + Document technical resolutions in our database to contribute to our internal knowledge base.
 + Act as a brand ambassador for Microsoft, ensuring every interaction aligns with their global excellence standards.
