## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * The ideal candidate will have a blend of manufacturing engineering knowledge and hands-on experience with industrial connectivity and system integration., * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field.

 * 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial connectivity environments.
 * Experience with manufacturing systems integration and industrial communication technologies.
 * Knowledge of smart manufacturing concepts, data collection systems, or connected tooling.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Willingness to travel extensively across North America., * Experience with MES, PLCs, industrial Ethernet, or IoT-enabled manufacturing systems.
 * Familiarity with torque tools, assembly systems, or industrial automation technologies.
 * Exposure to Industry 4.0 or smart factory implementations preferred.

## Description

* We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with IT / Connectivity experience to support the deployment of Smart Torque Tool solutions across manufacturing facilities in North America.
 * This role will focus on tool integration, connectivity, system configuration, and manufacturing technology support for smart factory initiatives., * Support integration and deployment of Smart Torque Tool systems across manufacturing plants.
 * Evaluate plant infrastructure and connectivity requirements for smart tooling implementations.
 * Configure and troubleshoot tool communication, connectivity, and data collection systems.
 * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration.
 * Support MES, PLC, and industrial network-related activities as needed.
 * Assist with implementation planning, validation, and user training.
 * Document deployment standards, connectivity requirements, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Support continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
