+ Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.

 + Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
 + Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or customer support is considered a strong advantage.

## Description

+ Monitor and moderate user-generated content on global social media platforms to ensure community standards are upheld.
 + Analyze complex reports regarding policy violations, including harassment, misinformation, and sensitive material.
 + Maintain a safe digital environment by taking proactive measures against harmful trends within the social media ecosystem.
 + Collaborate with international teams to refine safety protocols and escalation procedures.
 + Provide high-quality linguistic and cultural expertise for French-speaking markets to ensure accurate content interpretation.
 + Track and report emerging safety risks to management, ensuring consistent quality and performance benchmarks are met.
 + Participate in regular strategy sessions to improve workflow efficiency within our specialized social media safety teams.
