## About the Role

Are you an experienced SAP Key User with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for driving change? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation within an international manufacturing organization., * Strong SAP experience within a manufacturing, production or process-driven environment

 * Experience as a SAP Key User, Super User, Process Specialist, Business Analyst or similar role
 * Knowledge of SAP PP, MM
 * Understanding of production, operations and supply chain processes
 * Experience supporting business change and process improvement initiatives
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and influence users across different levels of the organization
 * SAP ECC experience is welcomed; S/4HANA experience is a plus, not a requirement, If you have experience combining SAP expertise with operational process improvement and enjoy working closely with manufacturing teams, I'd love to hear from you. ## Description

As SAP Key User Operations, you will act as the link between Operations, Supply Chain, Production and IT. You will support the implementation and optimization of SAP processes across multiple production sites and help ensure a successful transition to SAP S/4HANA.

Beyond the implementation, you will play an important role in continuous improvement initiatives, user adoption, process standardization and future digitalization projects., * Analyze and optimize production and operational processes

 * Support the roll-out and ongoing development of SAP S/4HANA
 * Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, local management and IT teams
 * Translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions
 * Support and train key users and end users across multiple sites
 * Monitor implementation progress and identify areas for improvement
 * Drive process standardization and best practices
 * Help build and strengthen a network of key users across the organization
