## About the Role

+ Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline.
 + Experience in testing, validation, engineering development, or experimental research activities.
 + Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
 + Experience with measurement systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
 + Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering requirements, and design documentation.
 + Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
 + Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

## Description

+ Develop and execute verification and validation test plans for prototypes, subsystems, and system-level designs.
 + Design and build test setups for mechanical, electrical, thermal, vacuum, and integrated system performance evaluations.
 + Perform testing on engineering builds and new product developments.
 + Analyze experimental data and provide clear recommendations to development teams.
 + Investigate system failures, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
 + Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
 + Develop automated test procedures, data acquisition methods, and analysis workflows where appropriate.
 + Document test results and communicate findings to technical stakeholders.
 + Support reliability, qualification, and technology development programs throughout the product lifecycle.
 + Characterize, tune, and validate reactor temperature control systems and associated thermal models.
 + Analyze thermal performance data and contribute to the optimization of temperature control strategies to improve process stability, uniformity, and repeatability.
