## Description

* Entgegennahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Analyse und Lösung von Störungen sowie Support für Hardware- und Softwareprobleme
 * Weiterleitung komplexer Anfragen an das 2nd Level Support Team und ggf. Eskalation an entsprechende Fachabteilungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und Peripheriegeräten
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen und Aktualisierung des Knowledge Base Systems
