B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Troubleshooting: Hardware- und Softwaresupport, Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Softwareinstallation und -aktualisierung
Systemdokumentation

NICE TO HAVE

 * Netzwerkadministration: Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Router, Switches, Firewalls), IP-Adressmanagement (WLAN) und DHCP/DNS-Konfiguration, Einrichtung und Wartung von Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
