## About the Role

 * Hierbei hast du dir ein fundiertes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen (agil, klassisch oder hybrid) erarbeitet und hast bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines und Automatisierungstools wie Jenkins oder GitLab CI.
 * Du kombinierst deine Praxiserfahrung in der Erstellung von Release Notes sowie technischer Dokumentation mit Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
 * Du hast Erfahrung im Rollout von Produkten in modernen komplexen Sytemen sowie im Handling von mehreren Produkten

## Description

* Als Release Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Planung und Umsetzung stabiler Software-Releases und treibst gleichzeitig die Modernisierung und Automatisierung unserer Release-Prozessevoran. Du sorgst für Transparenz, Qualität und klare Kommunikation - von der technischen Umsetzung bis zu verständlichen Release Notes.
 * Du wirst Teil unseres Produkt-Teams und koordinierst unsere umgebungsübergreifenden Software-Releases.
 * Hierbei verantwortest du Release-Pläne und moderierst die Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen in der Agilen Softwareentwicklung im Produktumfeld.
 * Du konzipierst und realisierst moderne, skalierbare Release-Prozesse (CI/CD-orientiert) und führst weitere Analysen und Optimierungen von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Automatisierung durch.
 * Du stellst eine zielgruppengerechte, verständliche und vollständige Release-Dokumentation zur Verfügung, hierbei kannst du auf die Unterstützung von GenAI zurückgreifen.
 * Abschließend übernimmst du die zielgruppengerechte Release-Kommunikation.
