* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder ähnliche Qualifikation,
 * Du bringst mehr als 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit,
 * Du verfügst über gute, praktische Kenntnisse von MS Windows (Client, MS Office 365) und bringst Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory, Netzwerk, und Softwareverteilung und in ITIL mit.
 * Grundkenntnisse in VMware und VDI und VPN sind wünschenswert,
 * Du hast Freude dabei, Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen zu unterstützen und magst es, in einem kleinen Team vielseitige Aufgaben zu übernehmen,
 * Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache sind ein Muss,
 * Ein Führerschein ist erforderlich,

## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeiter bei IT-Anfragen (Onsite & Remote)
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients (Windows, Laptops, Desktops, Drucker)
 * Betreuung und Support von Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Anwendungen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten (z. B. Active Directory)
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Durchführung von Rollouts, Updates und Release-Wechseln
 * Pflege und Verwaltung des IT-Asset-Managements (Inventarisierung, Dokumentation, Lifecycle)
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Optimierung von Support-Prozessen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Anwenderdokumentationen
