* Entwicklung und Implementierung von Regelungsalgorithmen für Synchron- und Asynchronmaschinen
 * Entwicklung von Regelungen für rückspeisefähige 4-Quadranten-Stromrichter sowie Netzstromrichter
 * Programmierung hardwarenaher Echtzeitsoftware in C/C++
 * Planung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von elektrischen Antriebssystemen
 * Parametrierung, Charakterisierung und Optimierung von Motor- und Regelungssystemen
 * Ermittlung von Motorparametern durch Messungen und Tests
 * Implementierung digitaler Filter und Regelungsfunktionen
 * Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen im Prüffeld
 * Zusammenarbeit mit der Hardwareentwicklung und Leistungselektronik
