 * Priorisierung, Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von IT Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Pflege und Bearbeitung von Tickets im Ticketsystem nach ITIL orientierten Prozessen
 * Einrichtung, Aufbau und laufende Wartung von Arbeitsplätzen (Hard und Software)
 * Konfiguration und Administration von Endgeräten wie Clients, Peripherie und Mobile Devices
 * Installation und Pflege von Standardsoftware sowie Fachanwendungen
 * Umsetzung von Software Rollouts sowie Updates und Patches
 * Abstimmung mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachabteilungen
 * Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte sowie Pflege von Reports und Knowledge Base Einträgen
