* Du betreust und entwickelst unsere Bestandskunden im Mittelstand: Du verstehst deren IT-Landschaft, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und berätst sie strategisch.
 * Du gewinnst aktiv neue Kunden, positionierst NEXPERTO als zuverlässigen IT-Partner und gestaltest langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen.
 * Du analysierst Kundenbedarfe und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Technik-Team individuelle Lösungskonzepte - z. B. für IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Security, Cloud & Kommunikation.
 * Du denkst unternehmerisch, nutzt moderne CRM-Systeme, Marktanalysen und KPIs zur aktiven Vertriebssteuerung und bringst deine Ideen ins Team ein.
