## Description

Als Senior Projektleiter SAP S/4HANA Transformation (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Leitung komplexer End-to-End-Projekte und bringen unsere Kunden sicher in die S/4HANA-Zukunft:

 * Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von SAP S/4HANA-Projekten - inklusive Budget, Zeitplanung und Ressourcenmanagement.
 * Leitung von großen, internationalen Projekten in den Rollen Gesamtprojektleitung, Rollout Manager oder IT-Koordination.
 * Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer und internationaler Projektteams sowie effizientes Stakeholder Management auf Konzernebene.
 * Anwendung der SAP Activate Methodology und Durchführung aller Phasen, von Fit-to-Standard-Workshops über Test- und Migrationsaktivitäten bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
 * Sicherstellung der Projektqualität, Risikomanagement und Einhaltung definierter Standards entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
 * Aktives Mit-Anpacken bei technischen und prozessualen Herausforderungen - Sie schaffen Lösungen, statt nur zu verwalten.
 * Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementprozessen und -standards im SAP-Umfeld.
