Kundenberatung und Lösungsfindung: Du klärst Aufträge, berätst Kunden und findest Lösungen bei komplexen Fragestellungen gemäß BSI-Standards
Dokumentation und Betriebskonzepte: Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepte in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Softwareherstellern
Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit: Du sorgst für die Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der Systeme gemäß SLAs
Störungsbearbeitung und Änderungsmanagement: Du bearbeitest Störungen (Incidents) und Kundenaufträge (Changes)
Konzeptentwicklung: Du erstellst und entwickelst Konzepte weiter.
Systemadministration: Du konfigurierst, optimierst, überwachst und administrierst Produktionssysteme, einschließlich Middleware, Verfahrenssoftware und Tools, sowie deren Wartung und Pflege
