## Description

Organiser le pilotage et la gouvernance des projets dont il a la charge, notamment les réseaux de desserte IP MODIP, avec l'outil de gestion, administration, supervision et le suivi des traitements d'obsolescence, RDIP pour les emprises de l'armée de l'air et de l'espace et IPOP pour la Marine.

 - Assurer la conduite du changement pour RDIP (phase de transition vers la mise en exploitation et construction de l'offre de service).
 - Suivre la réalisation du système et les budgets associés de son portefeuille de projets.
 - Préparer un compte rendu hebdomadaire d'avancement
