## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
·7-10+ years of experience designing and implementing business process solutions.
·7+ years of experience configuring SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
·Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP best practices.
·Project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
·Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
·Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, SQL, SAP IDOCs, and ABAP is a plus.

## Description

· Partner with business and IT teams to evaluate, improve, and optimize business processes and technology solutions.
·Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system incidents, requests, and enhancements.
· Lead and coordinate application changes, testing, deployments, documentation, and user training.
·Support project delivery throughout the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
·Manage small to medium-sized projects while ensuring quality, budget, scope, and timeline objectives are achieved.
·Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
