De formation Bac+2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 années minimum. La satisfaction client est au coeur de vos priorités.

## Description

Vos activités quotidiennes s'articulent autour des responsabilités suivantes :

Préparation des interventions : Prendre connaissance du planning d'interventions défini par la hiérarchie, puis analyser et préparer logistiquement les missions confiées afin d'optimiser vos déplacements sur votre secteur.

Maintenance et installation : Réaliser les opérations de diagnostic, de dépannage et d'installation sur un parc de matériels variés, incluant les terminaux (ordinateurs, imprimantes, tablettes), le libre-service bancaire (GAB/DAB), la téléphonie, les terminaux de paiement électronique (TPE), ainsi que les systèmes de vidéosurveillance et d'alarme.

Relation client et accompagnement : Assurer un échange professionnel de qualité à votre arrivée et à votre départ du site, expliquer les fonctionnalités du matériel aux utilisateurs lorsque cela est nécessaire et veiller scrupuleusement à la propreté des lieux après votre intervention.

Suivi administratif et logistique : Effectuer les tests de bon fonctionnement, réaliser le reporting de vos activités auprès de votre hiérarchie, gérer l'approvisionnement ou le renvoi des pièces défectueuses dans les délais impartis, et remonter les incidents d'exploitation constatés sur le terrain.
