## Description

changement des périmètres fonctionnel et technique. Lors du déploiement de l'outil au sein d'une entité, des informations sont intégrées en base en utilisant des scripts. Le RT et le RTA sont garants de leur bon fonctionnement et doivent pouvoir les faire évoluer si nécessaire. Il est le garant du parc matériel du projet composé de badgeuses et d'encodeurs dont il doit pouvoir fournir la liste exhaustive mentionnant notamment l'identification du matériel, son implantation géographique et son état.
