## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer, or Talent Partner within IT recruitment.
 * Familiarity with data centre, IT infrastructure, or AI technology sectors.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment with competing priorities and timelines.
 * Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
 * A collaborative team player comfortable working within an RPO delivery model.
 * Previous experience supporting RPO or project-based delivery desirable but not essential.

## Description

* Deliver recruitment solutions as part of our client's RPO delivery team, reporting to and working closely with the Talent Solutions Lead.
 * Manage the end-to-end candidate process, including sourcing, qualifying, and managing candidates through to offer and onboarding.
 * Support high-volume hiring across data centre operations, security, infrastructure engineering, software, and commercial functions.
 * Collaborate with the Talent Solutions Lead to prioritise hiring needs, manage pipelines, and deliver against agreed project milestones.
 * Build and maintain proactive talent pools aligned with evolving client requirements.
 * Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects both our client's and the partner organisation's employer brand.
 * Provide accurate reporting, market intelligence, and progress updates to support workforce planning and stakeholder communications.
 * Work efficiently to meet delivery targets and maintain the highest quality of service.
