* Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 1st/2nd Line role
 * Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
 * Good understanding of Windows environments and networking fundamentals

 * Microsoft Azure experience
 * Salesforce exposure
 * Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications

## Description

* Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and connectivity issues
 * Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
 * Configure and deploy laptops, desktops and peripherals
 * Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
 * Troubleshoot networking and user-related issues
 * Provide onsite support and assist remote users across multiple locations
