## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master within a commercial software development environment.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile delivery frameworks.
 * Experience facilitating cross-functional engineering teams.
 * Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery management tools.
 * Confidence coaching teams and improving agile ways of working.
 * Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is desirable.
 * Experience within logistics, freight, or a fast-paced technology business is a bonus.
 * Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
 * Ability to identify and remove delivery blockers quickly.
 * Data-driven approach to improving team performance.
 * Calm, organised, and confident under pressure.
 * Passion for building accountable, high-performing teams.

## Description

* Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Keep sprint delivery on track by protecting the team from unnecessary interruptions and scope creep.
 * Remove blockers quickly and escalate delivery risks before they impact deadlines.
 * Ensure work entering a sprint is ready and completed work meets agreed standards.
 * Maintain accurate sprint boards and delivery data within Azure DevOps.
 * Track key engineering performance metrics, including DORA metrics, and support delivery reporting.
 * Coach developers in agile best practice and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
 * Work closely with Product and Technology leaders to ensure smooth sprint planning and delivery.
