* Strong experience delivering complex data, analytics or technology transformation programmes.
 * Proven stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical teams.
 * Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery environments.
 * Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery assurance.
 * Experience delivering projects involving data engineering, analytics platforms or data warehousing.
 * Exposure to AI, machine learning or enterprise AI initiatives is advantageous.
 * Vendor and supplier management experience.
 * Experience within media, publishing, digital content, subscription-based businesses or similar consumer-focused organisations is highly desirable.
 * Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project and modern data platforms is beneficial.

## Description

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic data and AI programmes.
 * Establish and improve governance, delivery processes and reporting frameworks.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Platform and Product.
 * Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
 * Support data warehousing, demographic data and vendor onboarding initiatives.
 * Drive AI-focused projects including conversational analytics, semantic modelling and enterprise AI adoption.
