## About the Role

* Previous 2nd Line Support experience.
 * Strong Windows and troubleshooting skills.
 * Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and networking.
 * Azure, Entra ID, Intune and VoIP experience is desirable.
 * Good communication and customer service skills.
 * Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.

## Description

You will provide 2nd line technical support, troubleshoot IT and network issues, and support Microsoft, cloud and telephony systems., * Resolve 2nd line support tickets and escalated issues.

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems.
 * Support Windows, Active Directory and Group Policy.
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
 * Support networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP and Microsoft Teams.
 * Provide occasional onsite support.
 * Work with 1st and 3rd line teams to resolve complex issues.
 * Participate in a rotating out-of-hours support rota.
