Working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partner organisations, the post holder will lead the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance and ongoing optimisation of integration technologies, ensuring systems remain resilient, reliable and aligned with the organisation's long-term vision. The role will also drive the continued evolution of the integration and development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and professional development.Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will oversee the integration and development work programme, ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery of projects, enhancements and support activities. They will lead the planning and implementation of system upgrades, manage the lifecycle of integration platforms, and review existing digital solutions to identify opportunities for improvement, standardisation and greater efficiency. A key focus will be maximising the value of core clinical and corporate systems, particularly the Electronic Patient Record, through effective integration and development practices.
