* Strong experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
 * Experience working with the NEC Integrated Housing Management System.
 * Strong application support or systems support background.
 * Knowledge of housing management processes within local government or social housing.
 * Experience managing incidents, problems, changes and releases.
 * Experience coordinating application testing, upgrades and deployments.
 * Strong supplier and vendor management experience.
 * Experience supporting data quality, reporting and information governance.
 * Experience working across technical, operational and business teams.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience supporting business change and service improvement.
 * Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity.
 * Ability to work independently and resolve complex application issues.

## Description

The role will focus primarily on the NEC Integrated Housing Management System and associated housing applications. You will provide hands-on application support, maintain system stability and data integrity, coordinate upgrades and act as the main link between Housing Services, Digital and Technology teams and external suppliers.
