The ideal candidate will have the following: Essential: * High degree of digital literacy * Experience with high volume accurate data input * Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Proactive approach to managing workload to achieve agreed objectives * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * A commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Desirable: * Reliable * Adaptable * Positive mindset * Resilient when working to deadlines ## Description The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop expertise in data quality management and information governance, while gaining experience of working within a large and complex university environment undergoing significant digital transformation. Your contribution will help support the timely delivery of core services during a high-volume operational period. About Us You will be working as part of the Data, Projects and Reporting Service within the broader remit of Education Services. We are student-centred, and people-led; and we actively champion an inclusive and diverse community. Our team has a positive work culture where collaboration and teamwork are highly valued. Key Tasks and Responsibilities * Maintaining student records and curriculum systems * Quality assurance checks * Data cleansing, validation and standardisation In this role, you would be expected to improve/develop the following skills: * Data literacy * Gain experience of the impacts of significant system and business change * Teamwork and collaboration * Time management and working to deadlines * Business communication Dates: Flexible between Monday 14 September - Friday 23 October 2026 Hours: Flexible around studies, up to 16 hours per week.
