## About the Role

* Level 4 IT qualification or equivalent industry-recognised qualification
 * Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Intune
 * Minimum of two years experience in a Second Line IT support or field-based support role
 * Strong experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows operating systems, Android devices, and iOS devices
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Hardware installation, configuration, and diagnostics experience
 * Knowledge of networking technologies including VPNs, LANs, DNS, and firewalls
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
 * Methodical and organised approach to work
 * Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points
 * Access to your own vehicle for business travel
 * Right to work in the UK
 * Ability to commute to sites within approximately one hour of Woking

## Description

* Provide onsite Second Line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and peripherals
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
 * Support and monitor network infrastructure including VPNs, LANs, DNS, and firewalls
 * Assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud-based technologies
 * Record, manage, and resolve incidents through the service desk system
 * Carry out software deployments, upgrades, and system updates
 * Perform routine maintenance, backup, and housekeeping activities
 * Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver technical projects and service improvements
 * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with staff
