* Good working knowledge of GDPR
 * Microsoft 365 proficiency
 * Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative within the team
 * Confidence working with senior stakeholders and reporting back to senior managers
 * Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
 * Strong stakeholder management experience
 * Experience with transformation or digital projects on a large scale, ideally within government
 * Privacy/data privacy technology experience, including working with developers/software engineers
 * Experience embedding privacy by design
 * Data sharing experience
 * Desirable: recognised privacy qualifications such as CIPP/E, CIPT, and CIPM
 * Ability to work confidently with ambiguity and think creatively to manage risk
 * Flexibility in approach to support delivery
 * Experience in technical or digital environments

## Description

* Work as a Data Protection Lead supporting privacy by design across projects
 * Collaborate with developers, software engineers, and data architects
 * Support large transformation and digital/technical initiatives
 * Advise on data privacy and data sharing matters
 * Feed updates and reporting back to senior stakeholders
 * Help manage risk within an enabling function
 * Work flexibly to ensure delivery in ambiguous situations
 * Contribute as part of a collaborative team while also working independently
