* Strong Python Development experience, ideally within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
 * Good experience with FastAPI.
 * Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
 * Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
 * Strong experience building and integrating APIs for database management and automated workflows.
 * Good Docker and Kubernetes experience.
 * MUST BE able to commute into the Sheffield office 2-3 times per week.
