This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring expertise in BI platforms, SQL - combined with the leadership ability to influence stakeholders, and drive data governance standards., Data Analysis & Insights * Lead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights that inform commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit. * Independently scope, design, and deliver analytics projects from requirements gathering through to executive presentation - with minimal supervision. Dashboard & Reporting Architecture * Architect, build, and govern a suite of Domo dashboards and reports serving Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance - ensuring scalability, performance, and data accuracy. * Define and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team. Data Quality & Governance * Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across all analytics outputs. * Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability.
