## Description

* Help manage all stages of the development process from initial concept to completion
 * Resolve issues and develop the skills of those being supervised
 * Work with Design, Development, Materials, Costing, Commercialization, and Production to ensure the product is developed on time
 * Work closely with our design teams to develop footwear collections from concept to mass production
 * Manage the product development process
 * Communicate regularly with our technical team, customers, and manufacturers
