You should have: * Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. * Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID and user lifecycle management. * Good knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi. * Experience supporting Apple devices alongside Windows. * Previous experience providing VIP / executive-level IT support. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * A calm, professional and customer-focused approach. * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. * The discretion and judgement required when supporting senior stakeholders. * Experience working with ITSM/ticketing systems and third-party suppliers. ITIL Foundation, Microsoft certifications, endpoint/security qualifications or experience within financial services/investment environments would be advantageous. Your time will be split 2 days in London, 1 day in Slough and 2 days from home with flexibility required. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with users and takes pride in delivering a highly responsive service. You will provide day-to-day IT support across multiple locations, with a particular focus on senior executives and VIP users, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
