## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have an active security clearance and a strong VMware/Virtualisation Engineering background in a high-threat government environment., * Comprehensive hands-on experience in administering and supporting technologies including VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VSAN, NSX, PowerCLI, server hardware, and Aria.

 * A thorough understanding of enterprise virtualization, data center infrastructure, and hybrid hosting environments.
 * Proven experience in managing VMware platform upgrades, migrations, life cycle management, and transformation programs.
 * Strong knowledge of VMware infrastructure security, including platform hardening, patch management, and compliance requirements.
 * Familiarity with virtual networking concepts and infrastructure integration processes.
 * Advanced proficiency in PowerShell and PowerCLI Scripting.
 * Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and operational improvement initiatives.
 * Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and project-oriented environments.
