## About the Role

* Previous experience in a NOC, Service Desk, or IT Support environment
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across networking and IT infrastructure
 * Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
 * Eligible to obtain security clearance

Desirable:

 * CCNA or equivalent networking certification
 * Windows OS and Server support experience
 * Familiarity with ITIL service management environments
 * Experience using network monitoring tools
 * Previous exposure to critical infrastructure or high-availability environments
 * Experience working with telecoms, MSPs, or enterprise support teams
 * Knowledge of networking technologies including routing and switching
