Ability to manage teams and employees effectively and delegate responsibilities appropriately. * Be able to review, enhance and develop business procedures and orderly approach to processing. * Experience with cyber security principles. * Experience managing IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. * Proficient knowledge of information systems with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure and networking. * Strong organisational, negotiation, communication, collaborative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and drive for continual improvement. * Have proficient Project Management skills with a desire to deliver. * Have first-rate skills in understanding, creating, analysing and explaining reports., * ITIL Foundation certification * Microsoft certifications. * Experience with ERP or line-of-business systems Pipedrive, Sage, RAPS and Procore). * Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent). ## Description This leadership role is responsible for the overall management, security, reliability and strategic development of the organisation's information systems and IT infrastructure. The role leads the IT team, ensuring high-quality technical support, secure operations and the effective delivery of technology services that support business objectives. The successful candidate will manage the small IT team, providing leadership, mentoring, workload management, and performance oversight while ensuring exceptional service to all users.
