## About the Role

This is a senior, client-facing technical leadership role combining deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)., * Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

 * In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g. Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams)
 * Experience designing secure, scalable, enterprise-level cloud solutions
 * Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI-driven Microsoft technologies is highly desirable
 * Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams
 * Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
 * Strategic thinker, able to align technology decisions with business outcomes
 * Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and team development
 * Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365) are advantageous

## Description

You will be responsible for shaping solution architecture, leading development teams, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge, enterprise-grade solutions., * Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform technologies

 * Define and uphold technical standards, ensuring best practice across development and architecture
 * Provide hands-on technical leadership, including oversight of development and code reviews
 * Drive full project lifecycle delivery from discovery through to deployment
 * Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and security standards, particularly within regulated environments
 * Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions
 * Present solutions, proposals, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
 * Stay at the forefront of Microsoft and AI innovation, introducing new tools and approaches to enhance delivery
